Communicator

All of our support packages include CCCit Communicator. With this application you can contact support quickly, run common fixes, view documentation plus much more.

For instructions on how to request support using the CCCit Communicator please follow the guide below.

1. Click on the little ‘up’ arrow beside the clock.

2. Right Click on the CCC IT Icon.

3. Click on Create Support Ticket.


4. On the Support email that opens, please provide a detailed description of the issue you are having anywhere below the included text, highlighted in red below.

5. Once complete, please click the Send Button.


For Apple Mac users the process is very similar.
